That’s it, no more excuses… We’re back at the gym after 4 months hiatus. I’m a gym bunny again… yeah, right.

Here I am, this morning, hiding my shame in the shade of the YMCA sign:

I have to lose at least 10 pounds before Christmas. That’s 2 months. 5 pounds / month. Should be do-able. We’re gonna try to eat a little healthier as well since we’ve had a “really good” summer… as you can judge from this:

The thing is I’m not really doing this for health reason, although I’m smart enough to know that it is really the reason for it, I think I’m really doing it more because I’m too cheap to go buy new dress clothes for work, and the ones I have now are a tad tight with the “extra” me…
